Refund policy

At Helo Cart, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to make things right.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care products (beauty items, razors).

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@helocart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Review: We will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship It back: Pack the item securely. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Result Outcome
Approved A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Rejected We will contact you to explain why the item did not meet our return criteria and discuss next steps.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
