At Helo Cart, we believe in "No Hidden Costs." Whether you are in a metro city or a remote village, we provide Free Standard Shipping on every single order across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to 19,000+ pin codes across India. This includes:

  • All Metro Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: All states and union territories.

  • Special Regions: We also offer free shipping to the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, and island territories (Andaman & Nicobar/Lakshadweep), though delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading Indian couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and India Post) to ensure your "Helo Cart" reaches you safely.

3. Order Processing

  • Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our warehouse.

  • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays (Republic Day, Diwali, etc.) will be processed on the next working day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive:

  • An SMS and Email with your tracking link.

  • Real-time updates via WhatsApp (if opted-in).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Is COD Free? Yes! We offer Free Shipping even on COD orders.

  • Note: To ensure successful delivery, our team may call you to verify your address for high-value COD orders.

6. Important Delivery Terms

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is not accepted after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipping: While the first shipping attempt is free, if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, a re-shipping fee of ₹99 may apply for the second attempt.

  • OTP Verification: For your security, some high-value deliveries may require a Secure OTP (provided via SMS) to be shared with the delivery executive.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Take a photo/video and contact us immediately at helocart123@gmail.com. We will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
